Just as it has been announced that there is another 3 weeks of protecting ourselves, it is now more important to do things to help ourselves. Over the next few weeks I be recording a number of Mindful meditations for you to try out.
Dont worry if you have never done this before. Just find a place to sit or lie comfortably and just listen.
